I logged into the App but i could not find any funtion in it. How does this work. Unable to find funds or see any data.
BSE StarMF should address the issue of providing statement of accounts of investment. One can only purchase and redeem on BSE StarMF and to see the statement one has to depend on RTAs apps. Then what is the need of BSE StarMF if an investor needs RTA apps? At least MF Investors won't find it useful. For them statement is bigger issue.
Please provide update of brand new user interface like cams online.....and please also provide features of SIP Registration by client on App....
Why we use this app, we are not able to find our total investement holding and not make a redeem request.
Cannot Register SIP as an investor
I dont know why BSE has launched this app, neither u can register nor u can login.
Please add sip authentication option in app.there can be new tab or sub menu like my orders.
